Please fill out this form if you are interested in returning as an artist or vendor for SwampCon 2024. If you fill out this form, we will reach out to you ASAP with the confirmed dates, fees, and applications. The official date is the first weekend of March: March 2nd and March 3rd, 2024. Please note that we cannot accept applications for food or drink vendors.

If you are a vendor and are accepted, we will also need your up-to-date sales tax certificate or business registration/license.

Pricing

We do our best to keep SwampCon affordable. Every dollar goes to venue-mandated insurance for each vendor and artist as well as paying for the venue itself. Please note that these are projected (but unconfirmed) prices.

Each table is 6′ long and 30″ deep. Vendors get booth space as well: 10’x6′ for 1 table, 16’x6′ for 2 tables, and 22’x6′ for 3 tables.
